Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Matrix, every consulting engagement is tailored to each client's unique business needs. Because of the nature of professional consulting services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Consultation Sessions
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the scheduled session has taken place.
If a consultation is canceled by Matrix, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Consulting Projects
Payments made for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at Matrix's discretion, excluding any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.
4. Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project according to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.
Any outstanding work completed prior to cancellation remains payable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests resulting from exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Supporting information may be requested before a decision is made.
